Bath is a city located in England in the county of Somerset. It was founded by the Romans in the year 50 as a spa. The city has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987.

Bath Abbey
Bath Abbey is an Anglican church founded in the 7th century. It is a former Benedictine monastery and it is the last large Gothic church built in England. It is cruciform and was built in Bath stone, which gives it a yellow tint. There is a magnificent fan vault inside.
L’abbaye de Bath est une église anglicane qui a été fondée au 7e siècle. Il s’agit d’un ancien monastère bénédictin et c’est la dernière grande église gothique construite en Angleterre. The Roman Baths are a bathing site of the ancient city Aquae Sulis. The complex consists of a sacred spring, a Roman temple, thermal baths and a museum exhibiting artifacts from the Roman era. It is a major tourist attraction in the United-Kingdom and one of the best preserved Roman remains in the world.

Pulteney Bridge
The Pulteney Bridge crosses the River Avon. It was completed in 1774 and its two rows bordering the street have shops designed in the Palladian style. The architect’s inspiration comes from the Ponte di Rialto in Venezia.

The Circus is a residential complex formed by three segments of a circle that was built between 1754 and 1768. It is an excellent example of Georgian architecture.
